Has been in Hong Kong for about 10+ years now and currently working for XXXX as a Service Desk Support where he’s responsible for building data centers for their clients and support clients through local and international for a retail support services. Before that, he was with XXXX where he handled and monitored the delivery of packages and waybills to their clients/customers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the technical side since he has been a service desk support and customer service representative before as well. He also can communicate very well with clients and help them resolve their issues in a professional way. He is also good with troubleshooting, installing software, and network configuration.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Strong with general IT background and can rate himself a 4/5 in it. Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Office 365 since his daily responsibilities includes handling issues with MS O365. Great knowledge and experience with general IT hardware components as well. Good to work with the 12-month contract with the company.
