1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has eight years of experience in the IT field and currently works at XXXX as a Service Engineer, supporting a team of around 10-11 members, including those in Macau. The team manages approximately 16,000 users and 100 VIPs, with seven members dedicated to supporting the Hong Kong office, schools, and warehouses. In addition to general IT support, he is responsible for onboarding and offboarding operations, evaluations, VIP support, and iDevice management. He oversees over 2,000 iDevices independently and is actively involved in projects such as iPhone buyback, iPhone refreshment, procurement, and mobile contract extensions.

   His strongest skills are his effective communication and workplace infrastructure management which he applies in his experience from different companies.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   At XXXX, he served as a local IT specialist with limited system access. His primary expertise comes from his experience at XXXX, where he managed systems like O365, budget infrastructure, file servers, and firewalls. He was responsible for planning and implementing office network setups during renovations, including file servers and office infrastructure. Additionally, his Asia role spanned Japan, Australia, and China, providing Level 3 support, training, and developing infrastructure for the APAC region. He supports XXXX, working under Function One while managing tasks directly related to XXXX operations. He previously with Active Directory to build user network profiles, reset passwords, unlock accounts, printing server access  when he was a Deskside support.
