He began as a Business Consultant at March International, engaging with clients and working on a platform where buyers and sellers could negotiate prices to find a middle ground. He then joined Function One, an IT consulting services firm, where he supported various brands, including XXXX and XXXX, with XXXX as the primary client. His role involved maintaining shipboard equipment, ensuring systems were up to date, and handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets. At XXXX, another IT consulting firm, he worked with Freshservice, LUP, and CBX, primarily managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support tickets. Most recently, at XXXX, he managed hardware, software, and user support, handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, escalating complex cases to international teams when necessary.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills include expertise in both software and hardware. He is proficient with the advanced version of ServiceNow currently in use. Additionally, he has gained substantial experience in IT support and has recently started working with LUP and JIRA.
