1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 9 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he works at XXXX company in a help desk role, handling tickets using ServiceNow. His tasks involve managing calls and arranging Teams meetings, especially for senior managers who are unfamiliar with using Teams. He also assists with system support and software installations with administrative privileges. Also, he has knowledge of the software industry and frequently works with computer hardware stores. He has experience with hardware and software installations, as well as managing system setups. His expertise also extends to audio and video installations
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is his ability to listen patiently to others and address their issues. He understands the importance of building relationships and maintaining patience, which helps him encourage others and offer support.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience with Windows OS and Windows Server since 2012. His responsibilities included user creation and managing Microsoft Office 365 applications. He has deployed Windows 10 and 11 and Currently, the company uses Windows 10 across different systems. He has experience in incident ticket management through ServiceNow, providing IT software and hardware solutions, and resolving tickets including ticket escalation.
