His responsibilities extends to diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring seamless functionality across various systems. He also has certifications from Cisco(CCNA) and Microsoft (MCSA), which proves his proficiency in network troubleshooting, system configuration, and Windows operating systems. He has a proven track record of delivering good support and ensuring smooth IT operations.
