1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, joined XXXX as a Senior Electronic Engineer; he started off here with more junior role and later on was promoted as a Senior already where he deals with both hardware, software, and firmware as well. He is responsible for developing devices to support the factory for mass production and testing their products performance. For his day-to-day tasks, he is involved with designing schematics, PCB layouts, and other layouts as well. Over the last few years, he also was in charge already of the whole projects and is leading a small team of 5-7 people composing of mostly electronics engineer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more in the electronics side. During the course of his career, he has learned a lot on how to make/build a fully functional electronic system and even involved in mechanical integration. Rates himself a 4-5 out of 5 in terms of electronics engineering in general.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 7+ years of experience in electronics engineering; has great knowledge and experience working with FPGAs and PCBAs. Familiar with lots of test equipment and do the technical data analysis as well. Proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets; has been doing all of these himself for his previous job. Experienced with PCB soldering and rework, familiar with both digital/analog circuit as well.
