1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Senior System Engineer for XXXX where he is involved with the designing, implementation, and maintenance of the company's whole IT infrastructure, he is in charge of making sure they have optimal performance and security across all systems. He also manages all server environments, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions, while being in charge of the configuration and deployment of both hardware and software systems as well. He still is doing lots of technical stuff such as troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing system upgrades, and applying security patches; mostly providing L3 support to end-users. As a senior, he works closely with other IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects, support disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Also, mentors junior engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams. He was previously a System Engineer/Support for the same company and started off as a Junior System Engineer where he mostly acquired all his skills and his passion for the work as well. 
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be system monitoring, performance tuning, and automation since he mostly looks after system reliability and downtime. He has great troubleshooting skills and a good grasp of technological stuff essential to his role such as active directory, networking fundamentals, routing, switching, and firewalls as well. He is strong with virtualization technologies especially VMware and is very familiar with different cloud platforms as well including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Also has CCNA certification.
