Known for his logical problem-solving skills, he works independently while being a committed team member, ensuring tasks are handled with efficiency and dedication.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong expertise in voice systems, including managing project setups, delivering systems to client sites, and handling installations and configurations. He oversees post-installation activities like upgrades and migrations and prepares documentation such as training and admin guides.
