1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 8+ years of experience in system support and IT operations. His previous role was with XXXX as a System Support Officer where he was responsible for installing configuration, configuring and troubleshooting both software and hardware component in company office systems, high problem resolution, also has worked with LAN and WAN configurations, and ensuring network stability for seamless operations. On a daily basis, he start his day by checking all the networks and that the management systems are all up. Before this, he did several positions in this company such as ICT Assessment Field and Service/System Engineer. He was also a Service Desk and Network Engineer for his first company.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be solving different problems as a support officer. He’s also good with troubleshooting in both software and hardware components, experienced in both L1 and L2 support.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 8 years of experience as a System or IT Support; experienced with Windows Server OS and VMWare, great knowledge of network such as LAN and WAN, and proficient with backup, restore systems as well. Very good technical skills such as testing, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
