1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last employment was with XXXX and he has worked there for XXXX, mainly support all staff members at Kwong Tong in configuring all computer equipment, laptops, MacBook, and other hardware components that are used for broadcasting functions, meeting rooms, and such. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Desk Side Support Technician where he worked for several clients including WTW and AFGA, as well as XXXX mostly doing onsite deskside support and involved with their ticketing system. He started off with more technical roles such as IT Technician, Field Service Engineer, and NOC Engineer for different companies.
     
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be maintenance of their network conditions and systems. He ensures all process and operations are running smoothly on a daily basis and also the one in charge for troubleshooting or resolving any issues in their servers, monitoring systems, and others. Aside from that, he is also good with collaborating with other teams or departments to get the customers’ issues fixed in no time.
