1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has total 9 years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently with XXXX, supporting XXXX, as a Technology Lead – Citrix Admin where he provided desktop access to the end users related to the project. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Consultant and Citrix Admin as well wherein he was responsible for providing support to Citrix-based issues. Was also a Citrix Administrator for XXXX and started off as a System Expert for XXXX and Web Designer for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be VDI and Citrix since he has been using these technologies for about 6+ years now in his professional career. Rates himself a 3.5-4 out of 5 in both of these technologies in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
