1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 3 years of experience in IT and networking field. He recently graduated at XXXX College of Commerce with the degree in Software engineering. He is currently working in an MNC called XXXX.  In his current role, he is responsible in printer setup, router configuration, and switch maintenance. With experience in five projects, he has served as a supervisor for all of them.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills would be in help desk support. He has experience managing Tier 2 support, handling all tickets, and providing assistance to VIP customers. Also, one of his project includes providing end-to-end technical support for 20+ new store openings across North America, East Asia, Southeast Asia and configured. Additionally, he configured and deployed IPSec VPNs using Cisco routers to establish secure communication between branch offices and set up essential firewall rules.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 3 of experience in IT field including his experience in Internship. Currently, he manages IT support, help desk operations, ticketing systems, and CCTV configuration. Prior to service task management, along with his team initially they used ServiceNow for a week before switching to the ticket system which the duty in the system is similar to ServiceNow as well, everything is in Chinese, and  when there is no call line or emergency line to address issues. Also, he is pursuing CCNP and ITIL certifications.
