1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career about 20+ years ago, and the first phase of his career is more focused on IT companies. He was involved that time with installing Windows Server, Cisco cloud for different company and sizes but most of the time, they are focused on small and medium-sized company where he also does cabling. The second phase of his career is more focused on doing IT/user support where he is responsible for deploying desktop, support, and other equipment for users. He also is doing troubleshooting both onsite and on calls; he is currently with XXXX as a Workplace Engineer where he works currently on Windows 11 upgrade projects for thousands of desktops for their users. Previously he was with XXXX as a System Specialist where he monitored over 30 systems for EMPF projects and was also an IT Helpdesk Support for XXXX where he focused on tier 1 end-user support, mostly installing and setting up endpoint devices for end-users, and generally IT problem solving. Most of his previous career and roles are in IT Engineer, End User Support Engineer, and worked on Windows Servers, networking, cabling, and IT support maintenance.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be doing IT support and has great troubleshooting skills since he has been doing this work for more than 20 years now. He also is well-versed doing first tier engineering support and being front line with the users, just fixing their problem and communicating with them through that.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has strong experience in doing technical support and system administration for both Windows 10 & 11, has good experience with Microsoft Office, and has knowledge of Windows Server as well although he might need refresher since he has done this a long time ago along with Exchange Server. He also is knowledgeable with Active Directory, Group Policy, and good with Microsoft 365, some cloud platform such as AWS and Azure as well. Apart from this, he also has great fundamentals in networking such as routing, switching, TCP/IP, and others.
