- Currently he is working in XXX as IT Service Deliver Lead, He managed global projects for whole APAC region include Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and ShenZhen. He also supports over 250 users in the company with 5 IT support in APAC and he oversee IT budget and expenses.
- In XXX, he is responsible for 50 stores and 90 users in HK & Macau. 3 people and outsourced providers help to manage. Network Infra is managed by him completely. All system
- He works well with the vendor for their migration projects. He migrates the old cisco catalogue infrastructure to cisco maraki. He also helps the company to build side to side VPN connections because he is in charge to APAC region so this project will help the company to have connections on their servers even if they are in different countries and he implemented the Fortinet firewall for the security.
- In XXX he also helps them to build cloud storage for their Data management projects and it is called XXX. With the cloud storage that he implemented it works successfully especially when they are working remotely and helps them to build Virtual computer solutions and it is called VMWare Horizon client which allows their users to work remotely, and he was also in charge in replacing their desktop to laptops.
- He also has an IT Security project where he implemented Fortinet firewall and implemented sophos it is a kind of anti-virus system to protect the users from any attack from the hackers. He also set-up the Azure security monitoring system and it will gives notification to their IT users if there is a suspicious attack.
- Previously at XXX- looked after whole network and infra, managed IT Support of 4, and 3 IT App development.
- Previously at XXX- US Jewelry manufacturer. Reported to US, worked as one-man band building up offices in Kowloon and HK Island, with 10 stores in HK and factories in China which he had to individually manage everything.
