- For the past 13 years of his experience he has been an IT Support for an in-house end-user in different organization. He has an extensive experience in handling Windows Server from 2003 till 2019 version. He is very familiar in Active Directory he uses if to create user account, account administration and create some group policy. He also exposes in communicating with the VIP users because he also supporting VIP concerns such as Board meeting support in Audio/Video conference setup and mobile device support for those VIPs.
- In XXX, he worked their as IT manager for only 7 months because the company didn’t perform well so they decided to cost cut and lay-off some employees and he is one of them. He was engaged in project implementation, network configuration and system implementation and managing.
- He is strong in End-User support, he even rates himself 4 out 5, some of the common issues that he was facing were problems in windows server or other application that the end-users usually used. He also educating the IT department on how to apply the best practice to have a smooth workflow. One of his complex issues that he experience when he was the IT manager was when the office went down and don’t have the network at all, so what he did was trouble shoot the network and find out that there is a problem in one device which has a DHCP and it was producing incorrect IP address so what they did was they remove it to make their operation comeback in a normal and he educate the person who is involve on that mistake on how to do it properly.
- He’s also good at developing System Automation like he always suggests and find a way to make their work be easy and automated and not doing the manual thing which consumes most of their times. He has a little background in Linux servers, but he is open to explore and dig deep on that aspect if it is needed.
