He is working in IT industry for 20 years and has been working on their infrastructure side. He is an in-house infrastructure manager and other IT fundamental support. He has worked in Healthcare and Hotel Industry and worked there to handle their IT Support needs and he has also handled 20 team of people. They have worked on the IT Support and IT System side.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
Familiar with Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 as well with Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista /7/8/10, Microsoft O365 Service, Apple Mac OS 8,9 & X (10–10.16), Lan Cabling in Cat5e & Cat6 & Cat6a, Switch & Router Base Configuration, Switch & Router Base Configuration.
- He has monitored daily operations of the dept & brand, analyse workflows establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines. He is also responsible in leading, managing & monitoring the IT Infrastructure team to achieve company strategic goals. He also monitors all the resources allocation and maintenance of all IT devices and Cloud services (including VM servers, AD, DNS, Backup, VoIP, CCTV, MS O365, etc.)
- In his previous job he has handled and managed IT support team in service provision to all group business units, by the agreed service level on the daily operation of software & hardware support and troubleshooting. He also oversees and manage all IT Projects within the Group in different business domains (ERP Project, Oracle Fashion Cloud), New F&B suite, Business Centre office site Hotel, etc.)
