A project he has done is the relocation projects, the biggest project, relocating 10 members and their family and have the keep the studio operation running, manage vendors and have to outsource the missing points, to keep the contractors motivated to be able to continue delivering [products, define and construct the roadmaps and the budget perspective, when and how much, identify the resource needed, list out all the pros and cons, at the end successfully relocated and 0 turn overs from contractors and delivered 3 games to keep the studio profitable, within the budget and time limit
