He had 20 years of experience in IT industry. Previously working in a couple of financial company currently; he sets up the IT needs of the company from scratch. He has a broad experience from various industries and multinational companies and also has a strong managerial skill and at the same time capable to hands-on operational tasks.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong experience in being a one-man band as most the work that they do can be done individually, he can do most of the work himself. He is also strong in network and security as well. He can also lead a team no matter how many the number is.
- Has experience with Bloomberg since he has worked for a financial company, he was also invited by Alibaba Cloud and Microsoft Hong Kong Offices to share the insight for choosing their cloud services (medium size financial institute sector) and he also provides proactive support to client’s data centre infrastructure.
- He also has a hands-on experience with VMWare, and he performed on-site consulting, requirements gathering, architecting Windows based solutions. He has a strong experience in supporting Windows servers using VMWare. He is also very knowledgeable in using Office 365 and setting up Cisco routers and setting up Storage Area Network. He is also experienced in network monitoring.
5. He has also managed a firewall using Fortigate to allow or block IP’s, created policies added different interfaces and VLAN’s He has also installed and designed Cisco solutions using VPN and VOIP. |
