He has graduated and went back to HK and went to become an IT sales guy and then shifted to being an IT Manager for companies and throughout these years he has obtained knowledge in IT management and networking and for the last 4 years he has worked as an IT Manager and he has gained a lot of knowledge in IT Security and he has to manage the IT department and they handling the daily IT operation during his time in his previous job he has catered disaster recoveries in the IT department.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is an all-around IT person. He has been doing a lot of IT security and he knows a bit in each area.
- He has experience in operating and managing data centres and infrastructure management. He also has a strong knowledge in Windows products and virtualization using VMware. He has also done PC installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- He has also used Bloomberg to support issues on compliance and regulatory issues, system development issues and market rehearsals. They also use Bloomberg to monitor the movement of the stock market.
5. He has also done IP network configuration and management and he had also installed various firewall products and has done router management. His responsibility also covers doing vendor management and contract negotiation on their Firewall, Email/Web hosting applications that they are using. He has also installed various firewall products for their network security. He also has experience in working on Cisco products |
