He is working as the Senior IT Manager for X since 2019 and his responsibility as a Senior IT Manager in X to assist the department manager to manage both outsourced infrastructure team and application team. The objective of my role is to ensure that the company is operating under the stable and secure IT environment. To cope with this objective, I take part on planning, monitoring and discussion of the security, operations, and development issues of the IT environment. For example, annual IT planning, IT budgeting, IT procurement and user management. He is also in charge of end-user support and offer support service to other companies.
