He is strong in User experience research and capturing user requirements and documentation for project perspective. He is strong in Project Management and solutions design. Usually using Conference and Jira and MS D365 and MS AX for 10 years. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in D365 and MS AX
A project he has done is a digital transformation, most of the users are using ERP so have to engage with several teams for the ERP and is only one part of the whole project and as they are doing the eCommerce where they need to launch a website, transfer the info from the system to the external vendors, product description and price and once they have the sales then need to transfer it to the warehouse for fulfilment and post from sales in the ERP system and is a basic cycle for working with the ERP teams
