1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working at XXXX, IT Advisory Consultant, joined EY 6 months ago. She works in the business consulting finance team, help implement the MicrosoftD365 ERP system. The module she handled was the production planning and supply chain management. Some functions of the logistic, she did not work as a finance consultant of the D365, but before this experience she has two years’ experience in another China maintenance ERP system as a finance ERP modules consultant for 4.5 experience after she graduated from the XXXX

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She has 4 years ERP implementation experience and also currently pursuing the CPA certificate. She has 1 year and 9 months of experience in MS D365 and rates herself 5 out of 5. She has worked in a very large scale and complicated project so she has to use all the functions of this system and think have a full understanding of that. She also has a lot of certificates in Microsoft like supply chain, management, solution architect, and core functions of the DX device. She also has experience with a China ERP called yongyo. She also has a lot of Project management certificates such as PMP project management, PMP ACI and Schoolmaster product Owner and then 13 other certificates and then another two is CPA. She knows about SQL, to handle the data issue about the system data. Just using it so can just search some data in some table and delete them and other programming languages like .Net or C# which is needed in D365. She has 4 years experience in ERP implementation, title always is the consultant but as a consultant for the modules since there is a project manager there, they handle all modules but they can't handle every user about very detailed questions so she handles that, for example, the production planning and there are 20 users from the production planning team, then she will handle the users as an assistant project manager.
   A project she has done as a business analysis role to understand the clients requirements about their business process from different business management aspects like production planning is the merchandise and then supply chain management, procurement, sales and logistics, and warehouse management. She will communicate with the user about the functional requirement of these kinds of professional knowledge and then help to input all the requirements into the system aside from the job as a business analysis she also do a part of the project management, there were around 70 users in this project and has to maintain this tier. The end user of the system is more than 1000 or 2000 but for the key users, there's 70 people. She needed to handle their expectations and to communicate and coordinate with them based on the main skill and role in that project. As it is a big project, they are expected to need five years to finish the ERP implementation.
