1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has over 20 years of IT experience. He is working for a leading supply chain company, specialist of manufacturing power tools, currently a senior application analyst working on their module regarding the item costing, the system is using the oracle financial release 12. He is tasked to look after the costing module joined last year on September. Previously he was working with XXXX for over 10 years as a solution specialist and then was promoted to IT Manager, his main task was to look after the ERP system, vendor portal module and oracle database. Initially, he had to look after the ERP system and during the first 5 years he developed modules like vendor portals and document management system and helped save up the paperwork and occupy space in the office for filling those documents. After 5 years in 2013 he was then promoted to IT manager and he was assigned to handle a new application and later on rewrite the system to digital library, similar to amazon in terms of layout, function of placing order and invoice, the customers can buy different items, place orders and show bulk details, enabled the business users to upload their products, like a catalogue of products and distribute to target customers, and let the customer look at the different items, place and order. The CTO also decided to rewrite the applications to make it more user friendly and compliance with ISO apps, he was the Project Manager, they hired a vendor in India, he was managing 20 people, 10 onsite locally and 10 offsite in India, managing 2 technical leaders, teams of QAs, 6 or 7 developers to revamp the system with state of the art technologies, competed for 1st place in June 2018 and then he had to go back to the XXXX for family business and then returned in 2019, while he was searching for new opportunities, he was helping old customers to evaluate and help decide the web services for their apps, in 2020, he got an offer from XXXX, main duty was to help them implement new accounting IOS, help them to analyse the existing system to implement the new standard in the ERP system.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strongest in management and has managed different projects for around 10 years since 2013 in XXXX, when they are buying some company, they had to integrate the systems with their own, had to follow the schedule, calculate the budget and resources, get the budget approval for the hardware and software licenses while adapting an Agile methodology. In each release / spin, will have to divide the scoop with Scrum master and Product owner, they also review the project every week with developers for around 30 minutes and have a 5 minute meeting to review the current status every day. They set-up the Jira tools to specify the communication channels, they are free to give comments and with these tools can store the recommendation, can store and so that everything will be recorded and can keep tracking the project status and these cycle process keeps repeating in every spin, including the usual project management process when handling a project, discuss with all the users the requirements. He has been handling this system project, it is a document management project, now the users worldwide can log in not only in windows but in other applications as well. He also had to build a server in the UK, had to work with the infrastructure team. Would rate himself 3 out of 5 in ERP and 4 out of 5 in Agile since he has been using it since 2013
