   He is currently a technical team lead at XXXX, handling the SDLC and managing the internal and external vendor teams of around 50 people. Previously he was the technical manager at XXXX, main task is project management, scheduling, planning, user requirement and basically the whole SDLC.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

   He is strongest in Project Management with 6 years of experience in different in PM methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile which he used for his last project and was also the scrum master. He has managed about 5 to 15 project teams to develop the platform. A project he has done is the XXXX, virtual event platform. It is a virtual event platform for their client to organize fields in the internet and main feature is the seminar module to let the participants join in the field, can have some seminar. It is a solution that is hosted on AWS Cloud, other function is AI feature for meeting, can join the fair to look for new opportunities, the AI mechanism can also help make the match and the meeting, integrate with Zoom, both party can discuss or do the party on the internet, can communicate through the reader, instant messaging and can also have some conference
