His last role was an IT Manager and a software developer with XXXX; helping them develop their in-house software systems. He worked for an investment company of XXXX as well where he was responsible for development and management of the IT Department. Before this, he was a Software Engineer with XXXX where he was mainly involved in designing software systems or modules using micro-processor, sensors, database, etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be whole system integration starting from hardware to software; has been doing this since the start of his career. He is also good in dealing with problems and finding solutions to it. Strong with both software development and IT project management. For the programming languages, he is proficient with C/C++, PHP, and JavaScript. Nowadays, also using Python.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has experience as well with data engineering such as building pipelines, web scraping, and cleaning data. Understand data science/data engineering very well. Has great experience with C/C++ for about 20 years already and has used Python as well recently. Proficient with MySQL and MongoDB as well.
