He has worked in the IT industry for more than 20 years and has been working in the financial industry for the last 10 years. He previously worked as an IT Manager for X, and he was in-charge of the IT department, manage all system and IT equipment in the office. And is currently working as IT Manager for Industrial Bank Ltd and manages the IT infrastructure and operation team, responsible for all IT system and equipment in the office. He also handled projects such as system migration and network security and he also manage the IT security project included, penetration test, security scan, Security patch upgrade, security vulnerability fixes, etc.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Has experience and skills in using VMWare vSphere, Cisco IP Phone, Symantec Endpoint Security, Backup Exec, Sangfor NGFW, Sangfor WAF, PA Firewall, Forcepoint Email Security Gateway, Cisco Jaber, VPN, Bloomberg Reuters, MS Office, etc.
- He has configured and maintained the server equipment’s, including Windows, Linux, Lotus Domino, VM vSphere, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Wed Servers etc. He has helped supporting the Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and other banking systems.
- He has managed the IT Security equipment, included Symantec Endpoint Security, Sangfor NGFW, Sangfor WAF, PA Firewall, Forcepoint Email Security Gateway, Jump Server, VPN etc. He has also managed and set up the Cloud service including Office 365, Alibaba cloud, Huawei Cloud and HKT Cloud.

He also has managed a lot of IT projects including: BSS 2FA solutions, CCASS & SDNet setup, Sharp Point & iAsia system upgrade, iAsia DB upgrade, Bloomberg AIM system setup, Online Account Opening system, Cloud system migration, OA workflow system development, Email system migration, Endpoint client security solutions, Firewall upgrade, Cyber Security solutions, Cisco IP Phone & Redbox Phone recording system setup, Video Confirmation system setup, office renovation & relocation, Windows 10 Upgrade, e-Mail migration and P-to-V IT projects. |
