- He was the IT manager in XXX Hong Kong for more than 5 years and he was in charge in overall IT projects from that start till implementation stage. Some of his projects are Hotel Information System like PMS and POS upgrades in PMS they used Opera and for POS they used Oracle. In XXX Hotel he was the MIS Manager he troubleshoots soft and hardware issues and he maintain database storage such as Oracle Opera and so on.
- He had a basic experience in Network infrastructure since they have different team that is focusing on it, but they have a control in the Admin Network they can create it thru VLAN. He is strong in System and Storage Administration than Network Administration because most of his experience was in supporting System and Database Storage.
- One of his experience in facing complex issue was when they have a problem in Cloud Servers. All their end-user cannot access their Cloud so he resolves it alone by using an alternative storage device and it lasted for 1 day to resolve it, since that time external hard drive is not yet popular that is why it took a day to resolve it.
