Currently working as an IT Officer responsible for answering emails, mobile, and desktop, and providing support for hardware, software, and relating to graphics issues. He works closely with the UK IT team.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in end-user level 1-2 support and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in Azure backup as well as the Veeam for backup and recovery. He added he has little knowledge of Sharepoint. He has solid experience in Office 365, teams where he performed an office migration along with the enterprise version of windows. He uses Servers, AD, and Group policy DHCP on daily basis. He is familiar with the 2012 R2 Exchange and the File Servers from his previous company. He is familiar with how SCCM works previously he deployed software to the domain computers. He has around 14 years of total experience in the IT industry. He can fluently speak English and is a native speaker of Cantonese.
