When he came back to Hong Kong he started working for some backend infrastructure post such as the systems engineer and database programmer which he worked for around 5 years. For his another 5 years of experience he works in a financial sector. In the IT field he was tasked to do the level 1 and level 2 positions and in his previous job he worked as an IT operations analyst for around 4 years.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is quick in responding to the end user request and worked with L1 and L2 helpdesk support and very excellent in written and speaking English. He also said that he can work in a very systematic and logical way in problem solving.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With more than 15 years in the IT industry and with more than 10 years of experience in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, and mobile devices since that’s what he does or support in his previous job. He also have an experience in the Active Directory and the recovering of the accounts for the end-users. He also have an experience in the cloud.
