- Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers? How about the previous companies and jobs?
- Now he is an IT operation Officer in HK Productive Council. He helps the Helpdesk with L1 and L2 support. He is also doing patching and server setup. He usually manages the Apple device, and he is the System Admin for this.
- He is also a part of the Azure O365 admin, he mainly does the basic administration, not deep diving.
- He has a lot of systems to handles, he even handles Jira for ticketing. He was in charge of migrating from on-premises to the cloud.
- Supporting 3 engineers (leading a team for 1.5 years) they supported 1,000 end-users.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
- His communication skills is one of his strength, he can communicate with different Parties, most of the time he communicates with different vendors, stakeholders fully max for the SLA.
- He is also strong in troubleshooting windows and apple environments he is doing this for almost 7 years.
- He was working as a suppression officer in his previous company, he frequently communicated with Apparel companies. So, he has an understanding of the logistics and shipments. He also communicates with the manufacturing company for the production line.
- He also does, some maintenance for the IT infrastructure, and he has experience using ERP as an end-user.
