His previous role was as an IT Consultant as a Service Delivery Manager he is primarily focused that the service desk team was able to implement all the protocols of the company. He also worked as Head of Service Delivery and End User Computing - Asia for Telstra and focused on transition team. He took charge of Problem Management, driving Incident management and Collaboration for Root Cause Investigation and PIR reporting. He joined XXXX of May 2016 and Head of Infrastructure and End User Computing- Global IT Operation.

He considers himself as an IT Operation and Infra person He has also worked and handled project on the Application side. He is also an IT generalist and could focus on the network and is a certified scrum master. He also very knowledgeable in General Management, Transforming Organizational Culture, Developing Future Leaders, IT Governance and compliance and Cybersecurity.
- He headed the International Service Delivery Operation providing leadership, cross functional collaboration, business approval, process improvement, and designing critical business application uplift program to improve workflow and processes. He was also the Team Lead in the Asia service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring IT service desk processes and tasks are carried out efficiently based on the agreed SLA.
