He has worked various companies before and has been working in the IT industry and has 18 years of professional experience and he is assisting in Sweden Bank (Svenska Handelsbanken X (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai) in their Closure Project. He discusses the IT needs with the department Head, and they would prepare the data to the headquarters and the data centre. He also worked as an Assistant IT Operations Manager for over a year and has led a team of 2 IT professionals (System Engineer and Network Engineer) to deliver high quality projects and IT operation services.

He has also reengineered and standardised IT operation workflow to better support processes such New Employment, Service Request, Employee Termination and Procurement based on company guidelines and stakeholders’ requirements and has also managed the daily operation including Trading Platform Health Checks, handling in-house user service requests, Billing (for Domain hosting, A iCloud service, ISP Broadband, HKEx), Purchasing (IT application, hardware & software) and IT Procurement.
- Has managed and performed troubleshooting for hardware, software, and trading systems (example: Bloomberg, xTreme, GL Stream (SunGard), ETNet and ETrade) for trading platforms. He has also provided level 1, level 2 and level 3support on Windows based infrastructure during system migration test and with Linux he has used it to send mail system on Linux to provide email and webmail services.
4. He also has supported VMware ESXI/Sphere infrastructure environment. He also has configured Cisco and Huawei router for VPN, LAN, and Wireless access most specifically with Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, 3Com Switch and Huawei Router. He has also managed all the Microsoft Office 365 licenses for Hong Kong, USA & Taiwan office. In 2009 and he was very hands-on in installing the server and has installed numerous SAN for the company. |
