1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 30 years of experience in the industry, whereas he spent 8 years in manufacturing and 22 in consulting. He has done consulting for different industry such as software and telecom companies, he came from the technology side of things but mostly dealt with business and functional consulting. After 8 years of working in India, he came to Hong Kong and has been there for about 23 years now; he first joined XXXX as a Managing Consultant then went to XXXX as a Senior Solution Executive. Most recently, he is with XXXX as a Director where he is mostly doing consulting business for enterprise technology, focusing on SAP and non-SAP. He has done work for application, infrastructure, and software side of things and industry wise, he has experience with consumer distribution, retail, and utilities as well including CLP, Hong Kong Electric, Australia, and Singapore Power as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his delivery experience; he started out as a functional consultant so he has done technical work already such as data integration and stuff, after that, he gradually went up to his recent role of delivering customer requirements. In the 30 years of his career, he has never failed a single customer and has always given them satisfaction in their business. Proficient with both infrastructure and software side of things as well so that’s another strength for him.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has lots of years of experience with customer-facing roles since he has been involved with consulting for quite some time now. Has experience working for clients in the utility sector mainly CLP, HKE, and some oil & gas companies as well; he was quite involved with several projects before in CLP such as one related to finance, procurement, HR, and then one for Enterprise Asset Management. Along with his experience, he also has done cloud migration while he’s working with XXXX and is mostly familiar with Azure and AWS.
