- He was with XXX as Associate Global technology Solution. His main duty is cloning and replacement Project (Microsoft SCCM Deployment). He was also handling ticketing update and data backup. In XXX he was supporting level 1 issues like internet connection lost, creating new credentials using Active directory and give helps to prepare conference and webinar devices.
- He has an experience in Server maintenance like VMWare ESXi. He usually supports it remotely by going to server house data like VMWare to check the status if it is okay and then checking the firewall if it is aligned and working well. If something happens, he will raise it to their consultant. In some project he usually goes to the vendor for server maintenance and do an incident report.
- He is strong in deploying and cloning new PC and used Active directory for user management. In troubleshooting software and hardware, he rates himself 3 out 5 since he is supporting in house users with their system or application problem. He always needs to find out what is the real problem so that he can resolve it.
