1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Recently worked with X as a Project Manager responsible for managing the project fulfilment lifecycle, which included setting up the project deployment plan and timeline, budgeting, resource assignment, identifying business user acceptance criteria and testing plan, training and support, service level monitoring, and providing remedial plan.
Prior to that, he was assigned to Sydney for the first half of his position as a Technical Consultant, where he was responsible for in-house system maintenance such as patching on existing systems for hosting and CS, database update, and daily operation for the demo users in Sydney. Returned to HK as a Senior Consultant serving the APAC area, performing on-site deployments with the client's IT infrastructure, server, and system setup, and ensuring that everything is operational and ready for production launch.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is a certified Project Management Professional with a specialization on project management, where he exhibits patience in speaking with the team to gain their trust. He understood that the patience he exhibits when reasoning with his team is critical; otherwise, the team would not complete their duty properly.
He has extensive experience in disaster recovery, planning, and deployment, where he collaborates closely with the infrastructure team as well as participate in discussions about the plan and what the service provider can do to speed up recovery.
He has extensive experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and data centers, whether working remotely or in an onsite data center setting, network infrastructure design, wiring, configuration, and maintenance. Knowledgeable in Java, Python, Oracle Database, SQL, and IT infrastructure.
