He is working for IT industry for 30 years in Retail industry working in different position in his career he was also a programmer and now working as a Project Manager on the past he worked for POS design and programming and POS support and POS automation work. He is working for a project on his current company. He loved working with team and is a great listener and takes a great care of his users and team and faces the challenges very well.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong POS skill and most likely he can solve various POS problems and can develop a POS system and can help a team develop a POS system as well. He helps his teamwork with the company and is really experienced and specializing to in POS.
- Although he was working as a Project Manager, he was also asked to handle the support core to provide support for Level 2 Applications if the people can't fix the problem, they will escalate the problem to him so he will help them provide a solution.
- When he was working with X it is one of the requirements that he must take over the whole SDLC from design, coding, testing, and deployment and participate. He is also very familiar with POS development especially on Self-Serve Kiosk & EDC integration.
- He is very familiar with the Retail and POS industry especially in POS system implementation and on retail business especially on inventory stock control. He is also ITIL certified.
