She has been in the IT Sales 12 years now. She is working for X in HK and she is selling CRP and CRM solutions to the customers and she also sold infrastructures and AI and other solutions and she also worked financial institutions.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has a strong background in Sales and she is also doing business development role and Project Management solution and she has done ICT solutions selling. She also does the negotiation and commercial agreement to the benefit of both the customer and supplier.
- In Tectura she sells ERP, CRM and Human Resources Planning and AI Solutions and Software Business Applications and when she was with her previous company she was selling business centre management service and business applications. She also sold document management solutions.
- She also provides technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale and ensure the quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them.
5. She also help deliver effective strategies to improve financial growth while enhancing internal controls such as various CRM systems. |
