1.Currently, she’s not connected to any company. She’s helping her husband for his business regarding the marketing since January 2019. Previously, she worked with X as VP – Business Development. They are selling HR SaaS solution for payroll wherein she’s responsible in business development. She also worked with X as VP – Business Development. They are selling their own software called HRMS that includes payroll, onboarding, leave management and trainings. She’s responsible in business development and project management. Previously to that, she also worked with X as business development manager. They are selling software related to HR solutions, CRM called Pivotal and ERP solutions.
2.She specialized IT software and solutions sales. She added that she also specialized business development and taking care of existing customers. She’s also into marketing and dealing with C-levels for the demonstration, pitching and closing the deals.
3.She usually gets her leads thru her connections or network, advertisements, exhibitions, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, and email campaigns to reach more people to generate sales leads.
4.For her whole career, she’s been doing B2B sales. She was able to developed business with LVMH, Chanel, and ASPEN Corporation as her clients with X. Targets and Results – In her first 3 years with X, she was able to get 8-9M HKD as a revenue. She added that she doesn’t have a specific target since it was a start-up company.
5.She was able to worked with small companies like X having 5 people only in HK and X with 8 staffs in HK which is a start-up company wherein she’s the first employee and sole leader for business development.
6.Her target markets are Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Macau.
