1.Currently, he’s working with X as account manager. Responsible to whole sales cycle from sales lead generation to closing the deal. They are selling their own software called HRMS.
2.He also worked with X as sales executive. Responsible in looking for opportunities to sell their hardware and software that deals with their main product. Started his career worked with X as a sales and administration. He developed B2B sales activities in HK and managed marketing activities such as digital marketing and PMQ event.
3.He specialized in business development and closing the deals most especially with IT software projects. Manages whole end to end sale process. He usually gets his sales leads from his connections and contacts, using social media platform such as LinkedIn, and also attends lots of seminars, events to network. Also establishes partners and channels. Lastly has inbound leads
4.He mainly focuses on B2B since their product is more of HR related operations. He was able to close a deal with KFC and DBS Bank. Target and Results – In X, his target is 7M HKD per year and he’s able to get 115-125%.
5.He has experience in dealing with C-levels, IT Head and HR Heads since their product has something to do with human resources and usually they are the decision-makers. Mainly focused in Hong Kong. Sometimes also China, Macau and Taiwan as their target countries.
6.He was able to work with small companies such as X having below 5 staffs and about 200 staffs with X.
