1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the IT and smart building industry for almost 30 years and started with XXXX as a Senior Technician. He was also with XXXX, XXXX which is an R&D company for intelligent building, XXXX, and XXXX where he was a system integrator and provided solution for customers in the ICT including intelligent building robotics and such; they mostly work there with property developers, consultant developers, and he was mainly an internal facilitator. He also was an internal sales consultant since he had talks in universities, in Science Park startups, and individual startups. He has experience and strong knowledge with different property management technology such as robotic drones, UAV, and other surveillances for smart safety construction system in Hong Kong. He is currently working with XXXX as a Chief Consultant in Saudi Arabia where they also propose ocean drones.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be digital transformation, technology commercialization, and Information and Communications Technology since he has been involved in these areas for almost 30 years now. He’s also well-versed with AI, robotics, big data and analytics, and some soft skills such as project management, research and development, strategic thinking, and team management.     
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has strong involvement in doing B2B sales/partnership with property and construction developers such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Proficient with tech products in this area as well and has handled UAV, robotic drones, and other surveying tools. He is mostly on the technology side of things but he is also fine going back to being a sales function. Pretty confident in joining a startup as well since he has lots of experience himself in that culture.
