1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After his Bachelor’s graduation, he worked for XXXX as a SAP System Analyst then joined XXXX as a SAP Technical Manager/Instructor where he served more than 10 customers in the US and then went to Hong Kong to start the SAP practice there. After some situations, he had his own consulting firm for another four years, he was a consultant for multiple companies so he had great experience in terms of customer engagement, looking at their pain points, and handling all those stuff. After that, he went back to in-house and joined XXXX as their Senior IT Manager since he was interested in seeing their operations and directed a team of about 15 people looking over SAP BASIS, SAB ABAP Development, and IT Infrastructure. He then later on joined XXXX as an IT manager where he was mainly doing enterprise architecture, he was a bridge between IT and business, and got lot of exposures talking to different businesses and stakeholders; he was responsible for understanding their pain points, their business process, and has great knowledge of utility business as well. On the technology side, his experience in XXXX played a very big part, he was involved with doing smart grids, smart cities, smart home, smart energy building management, and smart energy platform. After many years, he was invited by a company called XXXX so he served that company as an independent consultant serving multiple companies in Malaysia, South Africa, US, and talk to different vendor or government agencies.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his broad knowledge of different businesses; proficient with project management, digital transformation, and business transformation since he has been doing this for many years now. With that being said, he has great skills in talking to different stakeholders and C-level people and understanding what they need.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has lots of experience in the energy and utility business; he has previous 13 years of experience with XXXX from his previous role. Also, since he has been doing independent consultancy for several years, he is quite knowledgeable how to connect and do relationship management with customers/companies. Knowledgeable with the IT side as well since he has great experience being an enterprise architect for many years, also started with more technical roles during the earlier years of his career.
