- He is currently working in XXX as IT Senior Manager. He is responsible in IT Infrastructure, Security and IT budget. He handles the infrastructure team for office, stores and even in warehouses. Under his management is the server, network and security that needs to fulfil the internal and external audit.
- He handles 16 people, including the people in database, infrastructure, network and security team, cloud operating. Currently helpdesk is not under his management since they are supporting the back-end.
- In his current company he leads the design, specification, configuration, installation, and maintenance of local area network hardware, software, and internet service providers.
- He needs to ensure technology platform availability compliance to Service Level Agreements. He is also responsible in monitoring security compliance as it relates to any changes in legislation.
- In his previous company he handles the Helpdesk team, which was responsible for software and hardware issue and provides technical support. He handles 12 IT helpdesk.
