Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After XXXX he has worked in 2 companies and just got a new job. He graduated in 1996 and has a bachelor’s in CE, in the first few years he was working as a programmer, background in system development and also starting from 2001, worked as a PM, tasked to take care of system development, facing the clients, collecting requirements to develop the warehouse management system, warehouse operations, forwarding, etc. He has also worked for a different logistics company called XXXX, XXXX, and also in a local logistics in Shanghai, as the deputy GM, manage all including the warehouse operations, sales, IT, and customer service. After he moved back to HK from Shanghai, he worked in XXXX water manufacturing company and worked as head of IT and logistics, managing the IT department and also the logistics, after that he worked in a retail distributor in HK, many branches in Asia Pac, his role as Group IT management, looking after the systems, and leading projects process for the system improvement projects on the warehouse management system. Then he worked at an IT Provider, secondment to a health company as a PM, leading the projects, using agile methodologies, using Scrum to manage the projects on their ERP system called QK, to manage the operation of doctors and nurses and then for the XXXX, the ERP systems on their resort and casino operations

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strongest in PM, Java, SQL server, power builder and also have some knowledge in cloud and devOps (Jira and Jenkins). He has a total of 20 years of experience, with 15 years in PM. He has worked in a XXXX logistics company, he was responsible for the project XXXX, provide the warehouse, management services for XXXX care products, the spare parts, handling for XXXX in the mainland China region, providing total care services in IT for customers, to develop the system and design the process, standard process, set-up the whole operation on the whole project, do the integrations, between the warehouse management system, and also did the immigration between the WMS. It was very successful and the client was very satisfied. It was also done using the agile methodology. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Agile, 5 out of 5 in PM as he has done over 15 projects, and 3 out of 5 in ERP
