1. Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
   He recently worked as a Manager at XXXX and is previously worked in company to provide strategy to the customer and his role is the Senior Project Manager. Most of his experience is inhouse and in charge of the team and majorly focused in the development in the ecommerce and expose in the different projects.

2. What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
   His strongest is implementation is software development, knows the architecture and emphasize in driving the project and also the Project Management, make sure all of the requirements are fulfilled and one of the roles, knows how to make the value and the PMO skillset.

3. Do you have ecommerce experience?
   He has around 20 years of experience in IT and 5 years in e-commerce. He has done a project in La Vie and helped them to define the ecommerce the model is the B2B to B2C and mainly together, and then one of the vendors, the customer can be through our platform and the platform accepted the vendor, major e-commerce platform to the B2B model and the B2C. He also has experience in customer facing roles such as to set and manage customers’ expectations and to obtain all information necessary for the completion of projects.

4. Do you have manufacturing and ERP experience?
   He has around 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has worked in two companies, a lighting manufacturing in China and a merchandising procurement in HK. He has done ERP projects for both companies. He also working in one of the System integration to implement products in ERP and implementation of ERP into different clients for around 10 years
