He is currently heading a team of around 60 to 70 people and that includes developers, BA, testers, his job is to maintain the ecommerce system that captures orders from customers and a back-end system for scheduling and develop a new solution that can offer add on value to the customers and previously at a garment manufacture, for the company set-up and basic functions, to implement the ERP solutions and at the same time had the role of IT Head and overlooked all of the IT stuff and an eCommerce director to implement online and offline solutions

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He specializes in eCommerce and ERP implementation solution, implementing, operating, setting-up the service management model, support and all related to IT and business such as working with stakeholder to implement the solutions. A project he has done was when he implemented the ERP system with 2K users, previously before he joined Avery Dennison, there were multiple people / teams handling it.
He also has extensive experience in SDLC, Project Management, and ITIL. Would rate himself 3.5 out of 5 in Agile, 5 out of 5 in Waterfall and 4 out of 5 in ITIL. He has around 13 years of management experience in garment industry since Loto Development. He also has extensive experience in working with vendors. Half of his team are from vendors, he handles the whole business, and all of the parties.
