1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently the head of digital transformation, selling lingerie, he was internally transferred 2 years ago and their boss / investor wanted to pick some staff and then move to the new business. They started from scratch so the 1^st task is to set-up everything, ERP, email, domain set-up and eCommerce platform and roadmap for the coming 3 to 5 years and they had a very tight budget and needed to consolidate and then to tie in the business plan, launched the brand officially, and the2nd  year started to launch, for the 1^st year in Oracle NetSuite and different platform and using shopify and some marketplaces,. In Europe so partner with some famous Europe eco market places and needs to discuss the partner and how to integrate the system, when they receive the order, will send the stock and send the order top their logistics and the 3pl, ships, they handle the return and test issues, also have another system, project life cycle management system, start design from scratch and put everything such as the data, supplier and mange the data and also after the whole product lifecycle, start the orders, business intelligent project, use to build the business report, use all the data and base on data to generate some business report also for operation team

2. Do you have eCommerce experience?
   He has done projects in his previous companies, they build b2b and in b2c ecommerce platforms. He has around 5 years of experience. A project is his current job platform, and don’t have any system and built the whole ecosystem, how to handle the data and integrate the system to all
