1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   In his current role, he is the Senior PM in sequence, he was involved in XXXX, data warehouse, big data and all sort of data related projects in business intelligence and he also have he government department and also furthermore work for XXXXprojects to enhance the existing train station control system an in recent 2 years to develop a new system in banking and insurance sectors as well as some data related development. Previously work for contracts for the development solution architecture and project management areas, helped the feasibility study in scarcity for about a year and also developed a payment system for XXXX, such as the current membership system for smart phone, commission system for the health department and departure system for XXXX, mobiles and company to finish the advance technology system in Jakarta, in Macau for the internal gaming system and data analysis such as power BI, game control and mobile solutions for the financial control system, to develop general insurance and help for about a year. Previously help Information services department for XXXX and joined to help the POS system, Oracle Java financial system for message, help to finish the government contract to boost us terminals to integrate the job related and job dispatching system, to develop manufacturing system for about 2 years.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in Project Management, soft development and solution architecture, specially in data and back-end architecture, for industry, banking, finance, work with ecommerce for ebusiness CRM and mobile gateway systems. A project he has done is with around 200 – 300 stakeholders and around 30 people directly reporting to him and one of the biggest could be the system he is working on in XXXX bank, data related system form making to insurance, such as web mobile, cloud computing, data synchronization, migration and information and some big data related technologies.  He also always have to work with China team and offshore teams

3. Do you have manufacturing experience?
   In manufacturing he worked for 2 years in production line, manufacturing engineering systems, helped then to automate a lot of processes to producing components. He was the chief architect to control all the activities, developed a system to control all the processes and all the status to report to the top management and real time chat, powerBI so that the management can understand all the current status of the manufacturing, including instream resources, outlook products and manufacturing items

4. Do you have eCommerce experience?
   He has around 6 years of experience in eCommerce and has worked on different eCommerce systems, in-house and with providers.
