- Currently he is working in XXX as Senior IT Specialist/ Commercial IT Service Delivery Lead. He is responsible to support the Service Managers on complex escalations that their partners cannot provide. He is also in charge in troubleshooting and assisting the partners to get to a quick resolution / fix process issues to setup the partner to succeed, especially when it is required.
- In XXX, he is working with the internal and external specialist teams to provide a holistic solution for the customer. He provides support of business-critical applications via proactive client management, like problem escalation and resolution.
- In terms of IT security, he has some knowledge on it since he is partnered with their IT security team in UK. They have a lot of security measure to protect their internal data and customer data. They are using Cisco firewall for the protection and PING ID, to set authentication in XXX. They are also doing whitelisting policy to make sure that they only have the access to the sites that is related to their work.
- He was working in XXX as Genius for four years. He was conducting technical training, with professional knowledge of IT, he is proud to train more than hundreds of Technical Specialist for multiple stores around Asia Pacific. Not only Technical Specialist, he is also responsible to train up Genius role as well.
