Currently working as. She has been in HK for 4 years and she previously worked as a service desk with a law firm on a 6 months contract responsible for software and hardware-related issues. Currently working as a Service Desk as the first point of contact for any kind of issues will first come to her team then analyze the issues if they can solve them on their end and if not, they will escalate the issues to the next level of support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She specializes in talking to the customers and providing solutions to their problems and troubleshooting rates herself 4.8 out of 5. She is good with MS Exchange Server and O365, she doesn’t perform administration however if there are any issues she can configure and provide support depending on what the user needs. She is knowledgeable in Windows Servers and Active Directory by creating and providing access to the users. She added she doesn’t have prior experience in Networks and Security.
