1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Senior Technician for XXXX and was also an Electronic Engineer for XXXX where he is involved in making floppy disk drive, also did testing there. He also was Electronic Engineer for XXXX and XXXX where he did mostly product circuit design and modification. Then joined XXXX as a Senior Electronic Engineer where he was responsible for setting up electronic department and maintain all equipment. After several years, he joined XXXX as a Testing/Electronic Engineering Manager where they are working with backup tape drive for data centers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be building circuit for the test equipment that they use. He is also good with electronic components test circuit and equipment production. He is mostly familiar with testing wafer and testing magnetic hat’s inductance and resistance.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has around 15-20 years of experience in the electronics engineering industry. Has been doing PCB design in schematic level, also the one soldering the PCB to create the prototypes and also involved in testing PCBs. Knowledgeable with FPGA although he hasn’t worked for it yet professionally. He is strong with test equipment and is also the one doing the technical reports. Very familiar and knowledgeable with RLC laws and experienced with doing schematics, board layouts, and datasheets.
